Rules and guidelines for using the YoPaws app

By downloading, accessing, or using the YoPaws mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YoPaws ("we", "us", or "our").
YoPaws is an AI-powered pet health and fitness management application that provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
You may use YoPaws without creating an account. All data is stored locally on your device by default.
If you choose to create an account for cross-device syncing, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
The App provides AI-generated content including but not limited to health assessments, dietary recommendations, training plans, and symptom analysis. This content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
AI-generated recommendations should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified veterinarian. Always seek the advice of a veterinary professional for any health-related concerns about your pet.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Use of AI features is at your own risk.
You retain all rights to content you input into the App, including pet profiles, health records, photos, and other data.
By using AI features, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. We do not store this data on our servers.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
The App, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is owned by YoPaws and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.
The "YoPaws" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of YoPaws.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YoPaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or veterinary expenses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate and that reliance on such content is at your sole risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which YoPaws operates.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against YoPaws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email (if you have provided one).
